U10/U12/U15 PLAYER REGISTRATION All BIRTH YEARS  2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016

The Penn Manor Soccer Club (PMSC) program is open to all residents regardless of what school district you live in. PMSC is NOT affiliated with the Penn Manor School District. PMSC offers Rec Spring & Fall soccer for boys and girls from U10 to U15.

Starting in the fall of 2016, the US Soccer Federation added a guideline regulation concerning birth year. 

U10: Games: Boys Saturdays  | Girls Sundays | Practices 2 Nights Per Week • Ball Size: 4 • 7v7 (U10 Birth years –2015 & 2016)
Both boys and girls play under the LARS League (Lancaster Area Rec Soccer).

U12: Games: Boys Saturdays | Girls Sundays | Practices 2 Nights Per Week • Ball Size: 4 • 9v9 (U12 Birth years – 2013 & 2014)
Both boys and girls play under the LARS League (Lancaster Area Rec Soccer).

U15: Games: Boys Saturdays | Girls Sundays | Practices 2 Nights Per Week • Ball Size: 5 • 11v11 (U15 Birth years – 2010, 2011 & 2012)
Both boys and girls play under the LARS League (Lancaster Area Rec Soccer).
 

Elite/Travel players are not permitted to play on rec teams.

CANCELATION POLICY:

1.  Prior to close of registration all refunds will be granted at 100%.

2.  Following close of registration until the season starts (first Practice), refunds will be issued minus transaction fees and uniform costs.

3.  Following start of season (First Practice), no refunds will be issued.

4.  Extenuating circumstances, such as medical, moving from area, or significant life event will be considered for a full refund on a case-by-case basis.

5. * First practice - defined as the Monday of the first rec practice week of the season, and normally two weeks before the first game. This date will be the date used for all ages groups, even if an age group does not have practices (i.e. u5/u6)
